Referral Program Guidelines: Offer is valid for first time customer referrals only. All NEW customers must type MY FRIEND in the promotion code box and your name in the “Referred By:” box when registering for the first time. Please make sure your account registration information is up-to-date and includes a valid email address.

Referrals will be voided if the NEW customer order or session is cancelled for any reason.
